Ordering Rental Score-Clocks for your next event is easy—just follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request for Rental Quote from this Web site, by fax, or call 1-800-945-8881 to speak with a Score-Clocks representative to determine various rental options and costs for your event(s).
   
   

2. Once you have selected the number of Score-Clocks and model types required for your event, simply submit a Request for Rental Quote from this Web site, by fax to (724-733-7609), or call 1-800-945-8881 to speak with a Score-Clocks representative.
   
   

3. A Score-Clock Rental Contract will be prepared and sent to you for your review and approval. Please return via fax or mail.
   
   

4. A confirmation of the Rental Contract will be promptly sent to you as soon as inventory availability is confirmed for your event dates.

After confirmation of your Rental Contract, you are guaranteed on-time delivery and performance of the Score-Clock(s). The remainder of the rental process is just as easy.

Delivery and Return Pickup

1. The Score-Clocks are shipped to arrive at your destination no later than the setup date specified in the Rental Contract. Generally, they are delivered two to three days prior to the setup date indicated in your Rental Contract.
   
   

2. Unpack, set up, and operate the Score-Clocks according to the enclosed detailed instructions. Technical support is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have.
   
   

3. When your event is over, simply return the Score-Clock(s) to the original shipping boxes, which are designed for easy re-packaging. Tape the boxes closed, and apply the prepaid return shipping labels over the original shipping labels. (The prepaid return shipping labels are conveniently located in a pouch on top of one of the Score-Clock boxes marked "Return Shipping Labels Enclosed".)
   
   

4. We schedule a UPS (United Parcel Service) pickup for the first business day following your event, which is referenced in the Rental Contract. Your only responsibility is to have the Score-Clocks packaged, labeled and available for UPS pickup. No paperwork or payment is required.
